Physical Accessibility
Clinic Locations:

Both locations offer:
- Wheelchair-accessible facilities
- Front parking
- Ground-level entrances

Communication Accessibility
- Intake forms and clinic policies are sent via email with appointment reminders and are available at the clinic.
- We’re happy to assist clients with reading or understanding any forms or consent documents.
- Service animals are always welcome at our Ponoka location.
Sensory Considerations
- We use low-scent or scent-free products whenever possible.
- Clients may request a low-sensory environment (e.g., no music, dimmed lights).
Please let us know in advance if you have sensory sensitivities and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
